Tehran Rozier of Laurel Hill is celebrating his good fortune after he won a $200,000 lottery prize.
Rozier bought the winning ‘7’ scratch-off ticket at the Old Wire Road Convenience store on Old Wire Road in Laurel Hill.
He claimed the prize Tuesday at lottery headquarters in Raleigh. After required state and federal tax withholdings, he took home $141,003.
The $5 ticket launched in March 2017. One $200,000 top prize remains in the game.
