Kyaw Lay of Raleigh is celebrating his good fortune after he won $750,000 playing the Jumbo Bucks scratch-off game.

He bought the lucky $10 ticket at the Food Lion on Leesville Road in Raleigh.

He claimed his prize Friday at lottery headquarters in Raleigh. After required state and federal tax withholdings, he took home $528,760.

Jumbo Bucks launched in January with eight top prizes of $750,000. Six top prizes remain.
