Harry Anderson of Mebane is celebrating after he played Queen of Hearts and won $200,000.
Anderson’s good fortune happened when he bought the $5 scratch-off ticket at Ray’s Food Mart on N.C. 119 North in Mebane.
He claimed the prize Monday at lottery headquarters in Raleigh. After required state and federal tax withholdings, he took home $141,003.
Queen of Hearts launched in October with seven top prizes of $200,000. Three top prizes remain.
