The first top prize of $250,000 in the new 20X The Cash games goes to Jamal Jones of Creedmoor.
Jones’ good luck occurred with a $5 ticket he purchased at Smoker Friendly on N.C. 56 in Creedmoor. Two more $250,000 top prizes remain to be claimed.
Jones claimed his prize Friday at lottery headquarters in Raleigh. After required state and federal tax withholdings, he took home $176,876.
