Lesti Hernandez Jimenez of Charlotte took a chance on a $20 scratch-off and won a $250,000 prize.
Jimenez bought her lucky The Perfect Gift ticket from G’s Food Mart on Sharon Road West in Charlotte.
She arrived at lottery headquarters Monday to claim her prize and, after tax withholdings, took home $163,750.
The Perfect Gift game debuted in November with three $250,000 top prizes. One $250,000 prize remains to be claimed.
