Tawney Horn of Fort Mill, S.C. loves playing the Wheel of Bonuses digital instant game, and she loves it even more now after winning a $260,591 jackpot.

“That’s my favorite game,” Horn said. “It’s the only one I really play.”

She played a $10 ticket on July 20 while visiting North Carolina and won the top level ‘Epic jackpot’ in the Wheel of Bonuses game, a digital instant game featuring a progressive jackpot that can be won at any time. The odds of that win are 1 in 3.1 million.

“I was so excited,” she recalled. “I really was just sitting there playing that game like I always do.”

Horn said she knows lots of people who have won big playing digital instants.

“I have friends who play them too and they have also been winning a lot,” she said. “The games are really fun.”

She claimed her prize Friday and, after required federal and state tax withholdings, took home $186,326.

Horn said she plans to use her winnings to “do something special for our children.”

In the Wheel of Bonuses digital instant game, a player can play from 50 cents to $30. After Horn won the jackpot, it restarted at $50,000 and has grown to over $402,000 as of Monday morning.
