Pick 3 players win big in holiday drawings

Pick 3 drawings are gifting some extra cash to players this holiday season with $1 million in prizes won in both drawings Tuesday.

The winning numbers were:

5-0-0 in the afternoon drawing, delivering $1 million in prizes to 3,281 tickets.
2-1-1 in the evening drawing, producing $1.1 million in prizes to 4,633 tickets.

Both combinations of numbers are popular choices with Pick 3 players. Players who matched those winning numbers exactly won $500.

Whatever three numbers you pick, the odds of matching exactly all three in a Pick 3 drawing are the same: 1 in 1,000.

Winners have 180 days to claim their prizes.

You can buy Pick 3 tickets at your favorite store or on our website using the Online Play program or with the NC Lottery Official Mobile App.

This year has been bad with Pick 3, 4, 5, etc hard time trying to scan the tickets since I use the light feature on the app in addition to a lamp; tried contacting technical support repeatedly but chat people wouldn't. Told them we have bags of tickets which needed to be scanned since it was alot to do manually (Repeatedly). Now none of the tickets will scan at all-Waste of time. Reduced buying tickets for entire website & lost points. Someone needs to contact us about this. I wanted to know why my points pending for months now when we scanned pick 3, etc tickets? Hope others have luck since we're not & never won anything!NC Lottery

Congratulations to the winners. I had my ticket filled out to play 211-5 times. There was a note on the machine saying closed for inventory! 2:35 in the afternoon- closed for inventory? By the time I got to the next store, it was too late! ??

That makes me feel some hope for the human race after all because we have been so far lost in this world of currency and digital affairs that I still don't believe we gone make it when all currency say in God we trust but you can't pay your way into heaven think about it.
