We want you to know where money raised by the lottery for education goes in your county. Now you can see the latest figures on exactly how much your play has helped your community.
Thanks to you, Wake Tech student Luis Tapia no longer has to stress about how he’s going to pay for college; John Hargrove, head custodian at Warren County High School can continue to care for and encourage the students at his school; and the students at Tar Heel School can enjoy a brand new, state-of-the-art campus that is ready to meet the technological needs of this generation.
We invite to read about these folks in the new brochures and learn a little bit more about how the money we raise makes its way into your community.
The money raised by the lottery benefits every county, flowing into educations programs that serve all communities. The amounts vary based on the size of the county and how many students in each benefit from the programs.
