@NCEL I have a suggestion for the designers of the Digital Instant games. How about a game that when you get the Bonus or Free plays everyone is a WINNER it is so disappointing and frustrating as a player to get 27 spins and only 7 actually WIN something. You say the amount is already determined so why not make every spin WIN small or large.NC Lottery
